Every dodgehub feature at a glance

The club shop is organised in rounds rather than as an always-open webshop, which keeps deadlines honest and supplier orders simple.

• Order sessions

  A title, notes, a start and end date and a draft, open or closed status. Members order only inside the window.

• Shop layout

  Group products under headings and drag them into the order you want. Members and guests see the same layout.

• Totals by product

  Member quantity, external quantity and total value per product, ready for the supplier order.

• Units ordered

  See how many units have been ordered in each session, right in the session list.

• Custom fields

  Text, dropdown, colour-swatch and number fields, each optionally required, with minimum and maximum for numbers.

• Size charts

  One or several charts per product, as a link or an uploaded image.

• Member and guest prices

  A member price plus an optional price for external guests. Without a guest price, guests pay the member price.

• Images and copy as new

  Add a product image and copy an existing product as a starting point for the next one.

Orders are more than a list. Each session has a lifecycle that both managers and buyers can follow: ordered, supplier order placed, awaiting delivery, stock at the club, picked up. Managers can filter by session, channel and member, edit orders, create orders on someone's behalf and mark every order as picked up or cancelled.

dodgehub tracks payments and never collects them, as described under member payment tracking.

• Club payment methods

  Bank transfer, PayPal or custom instructions, shown at checkout with copy buttons for IBAN and reference.

• Reported and verified payments

  Buyers report payment, managers verify or deny it, and late payments and changed orders are handled.

• Reminders

  One click sends a payment request to everyone who still owes for a session.

• Order recorded emails

  Buyers receive a confirmation with their order reference when an order is saved.

• Private share link

  One secret link per session lets people outside the club order without an account. Rotate the token any time.

• Order status lookup

  Guests check their order with the reference they received, and can report payment from there.

• Owner, manager, member

  One owner per club, managers who run the club and members who order. Ownership can be transferred.

• Join links and codes

  Share a link or code, and optionally require staff approval before newcomers see anything.

• Team directory

  A list of everyone in the club with profile photo, name and role.

• Dashboard action cards

  Members and managers see what needs attention: payments to report, orders to verify, join requests to approve.

The progress tracker covers evaluation iterations by a committee, weighted categories with reference players, scores from 1 to 10 with a live radar chart, published results with committee feedback, a full history per player, a view for players' own results and visibility settings that you control.

To keep things honest: dodgehub does not process payments, schedule fixtures, build tournament brackets, keep league tables or handle membership fee billing. It does not replace your club website. If one of those would make dodgehub useful for your club, the feature request page in the app is the right place to say so.
