For associations and federations

Software for dodgeball associations and federations: bulk national-team kit orders

Outfitting a national squad means collecting sizes, names, numbers and payments from dozens of people in several countries, usually by a handful of volunteers. dodgehub turns that into one order session with one list and per-person payment tracking.

The national-team kit problem

A national team kit order has all the problems of a club order, multiplied. Players live in different cities or countries. Sizes depend on the cut and the supplier. Names and numbers need to be exact because they are printed on international jerseys. Staff, coaches and sometimes supporters want matching items. And the association's treasurer needs to know that every player has paid before the supplier is paid in turn.

In practice this often runs through a spreadsheet, a messaging group and a lot of private messages. One missed message means a wrong size on the jersey at the championships, which cannot be fixed afterwards.

One session per squad and per order round

In dodgehub, an association creates a workspace for its team and opens an order session for each round: the playing kit, the travel hoodies, the warm-up shirts. Each session has a clear deadline, and each product collects exactly what the supplier needs through custom fields.

Players only see what they need to see. They join the workspace with a link or code, order inside the open window and cannot submit incomplete orders when you mark the fields as required.

  • Text fields for the name that is printed on the jersey.
  • Number fields with limits for squad numbers.
  • Dropdowns and size charts so every player can check the supplier's own chart while choosing.
  • Colour swatches where the kit comes in variants.

Control who joins the squad

A national squad is not an open club. dodgehub lets you share a join link or code and require staff approval, so every person who joins waits as pending until a manager accepts them. Only active members see the shop and can order.

Roles keep responsibilities clear: one owner for the workspace, managers such as the team manager and the treasurer, and members who are the players. If the person running the squad changes after a season, ownership can be transferred and the history stays in place.

Per-person payment tracking before you pay the supplier

The association publishes its bank details, with a payment reference per round, and every participant pays the association directly. dodgehub does not handle the money, but it tracks the state of each person's payment: awaiting, reported by the player, verified by the treasurer. A manager can filter the list by session and send one reminder to everyone who still owes.

The result is a clear point at which the treasurer can say that the round is fully paid and the supplier can be paid with confidence. More detail is on the page about tracking member payments.

Totals by product for the supplier

When the session closes, the totals by product show quantities per product with member and external split and the total value. That is the figure a supplier asks for. After placing the order, managers mark it as placed, record when the stock has arrived and then tick off each order as handed over, so players can see where their jersey is without writing to the team manager.

Several squads, one account

Associations often run more than one team: a men's squad, a women's squad, youth selections. One dodgehub account can belong to several clubs and switch between them with the workspace selector, and each workspace keeps its own members, products and sessions. The German Dodgeball Association is among the organisations that already run orders on dodgehub.

Frequently asked questions

Can dodgehub handle players in different countries?

Yes. dodgehub is a web app, players join with a link, and payment instructions are whatever you publish, for example a bank transfer with IBAN and reference. The app is available in English, German, French and Spanish.

Do players need to pay through dodgehub?

No. dodgehub never collects payments. Players pay the association directly and the treasurer verifies each payment in the app.
