Club shop and team kit order software for sports clubs
Jerseys, hoodies and merch need sizes, names, numbers and a deadline. dodgehub turns every order round into a session with a date window, structured products and one clean order list, so you never rebuild the truth from forty chat messages.
A team kit order looks simple until you try to run it. People reply in every format they can invent: “medium please”, a photo of a size chart, “same as last year”, a late request for a partner who has not even joined the club. By the time the order list is final, someone has copied it three times and two sizes are still missing.
The problem is not the people, it is the lack of structure. A free-text chat has no required fields, no closing time and no single source of truth. A club shop built around order sessions fixes exactly that, which is why dodgehub works the way it does.
Order sessions: a shop that opens and closes
Instead of a permanent webshop, you open a session for each order round, such as “Spring jersey order” or “Winter hoodies”. A session has a title, notes, a start and an end date and a status of draft, open or closed. Members can only order inside that window.
That single rule removes most of the chaos. Nobody quietly adds “one more” three days after the deadline, because the shop is closed. When you do need an exception, a manager can still edit an order, and the change is visible instead of buried in a chat.
Choose which products are in the round
You pick the products for each session from your catalogue. The same jersey can appear in the spring round and again next winter without being set up twice.
Arrange the shop layout
Drag products into groups with their own headings, such as “Playing kit” and “Fan merch”. Members and guests see the same tidy layout.
Products with the fields you actually need
Every product has a name, description, image and price. On top of that you add custom fields, and this is where kit orders become painless:
Text fields for the name printed on the jersey.
Dropdowns for sizes or fit.
Colour swatches with a colour picker per option, so shoppers tap the exact shade.
Number fields with a minimum and maximum, for example squad numbers.
Required flags, so nobody submits half an order.
Size charts that end the size-chart photo spam
Attach one or several size charts to a product, either as a link to the manufacturer's page or as an uploaded image cropped from it. Add separate charts for women's and men's cuts if your supplier has them. Shoppers open the chart from the product card while they choose, so the answer to “what size am I?” is one tap away instead of a new chat message.
Member prices, guest prices, one list
Each product has a member price and an optional guest price. If you leave the guest price empty, guests simply pay the member price. Members order inside the club workspace, while outsiders order through a private link, as explained on the page about guest and external orders.
Both groups end up in the same session list. Managers can filter by channel, member or session and can create or edit orders on someone's behalf, for example for a player who ordered by phone.
Close the session and place one supplier order
When the window ends, the session is the single source of truth. The orders overview offers a totals by product view with member quantity, external quantity and total value, which is exactly what your supplier asks for. Mark the supplier order as placed, record when the stock has arrived at the club, and tick off each order as picked up when the items are handed out.
Members see the same lifecycle on their side: ordered, awaiting delivery, stock at the club, ready to collect. That removes the “has the order arrived yet?” messages.
Payments are tracked right next to the order
A kit order is only finished when the money is in. Every order carries its payment state, and your club's bank transfer, PayPal or custom payment instructions appear at checkout. dodgehub never collects the money itself. Read more about collecting member payments and tracking who paid.
Add the products with their fields and size charts.
Create a session, choose the products and set the start and end date.
Share the member shop and, if you like, the guest link.
Close the session, place the supplier order and hand out the items.
Frequently asked questions
Can I sell more than jerseys?
Yes. Anything that can be ordered in a round works: hoodies, training shirts, ball packs, stickers or tournament merch. Each product defines its own fields.
Is there a stock limit per product?
No. dodgehub counts the units ordered per session so you can see demand, but it does not cap quantities. The stock-at-club milestone is about recording that the supplier delivery has arrived.
